On February 19th, at the student-organized Bioinformatics Open Days 2020, hosted by the University of Minho, BioData.pt held the workshop "Single-cell RNA-Seq analysis using a Seurat based graphical interface".

Ricardo Leite presented this two-hour workshop, which consisted of an introduction to single-cell RNA-seq analysis, followed by a practical application of these concepts through a Seurat guided clustering tutorial.

The workshop ended with the tutorial being replicated through the BioData-developed tool D-cellerate, a web application that provides a user-friendly graphical interface to run the Seurat pipeline.
