About this Event

Hanne Elsen is the Data Privacy Officer of the University of Ghent and she will give us an insight regarding the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in research specially when involving health data.

During this webinar, Hanne will drive us through the definition of health data and its particularities, the basic principles for processing this type of data (lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization…) but also good practices regarding its management.
