ELIXIR Belgium has put together a set of best practice documents and workflows for the analysis of SARS-CoV-2 data (Genomics, Evolution, and Cheminformatics) using open source tools and public cyberinfrastructure for transparent and reproducible analyses.

They are available at https://covid19.galaxyproject.org, and are powered by Galaxy services worldwide, including Galaxy Europe.
