Ready for BioData Management? hosted a back-to-back online edition of the “Introduction to Data Management Plans” and “Advanced Data Management Plans” courses on the last November 9th and 10th, respectively, to an audience of 9 participants in the first one and 5 in the second one. The participants were mostly Post-doc or PhD students and lab managers.

This recent online edition was extremely successful and above all fruitful for all the attendees as it is corroborated by the following anonymous testimony:

“I think the initiative of giving a course on DMPs is definitely responding to a need for scientists to organize and manage better their data in order to face modern science challenges regarding the huge data volumes they have to deal with.”
