About this event
The Knowledge Translation to the Agricultural Technology Industry Workshop intends to divulge the outcomes of two ELIXIR-PT projects being held with industrial partners from the agritech sector, The Navigator Company and Phenospex, showcasing key resources developed by ELIXIR towards FAIR plant data publication and management (e.g. BrAPI).
Objectives
- Promote the global adoption of standards such as BrAPI and MIAPPE;
- Showcase ELIXIR’s distributed infrastructure for FAIR plant genotype phenotype data;
- Promote further collaborations with other industrial partners from the agritech sector.
Target
Companies from the agritech sector; Life sciences researchers with a particular focus on Plant Sciences; Data stewards.
