BioData.pt | ELIXIR PT would like to thank ELIXIR and ELIXIR-CZ for a great 2021 ELIXIR All Hands Meeting. It was a pleasure and an honor to be able to actively participate.
We are proud to emphasise the Portuguese contribution to this major annual event of ELIXIR:
Daniel Faria presented the ELIXIR RDMkit, an output of ELIXIR-CONVERGE, at the Data and Interoperability for Plant Sciences workshop showcasing the plant-specific domain page that addresses best practices for managing this type of research data.
Together with Celia van Gelder (ELIXIR-NL) and Fotis Psomopoulos (ELIXIR-GR), Ana Portugal Melo (ELIXIR-PT) co-authored the presentation of the Report of the EOSC Training & Skills Working Group Digital Skills for FAIR and open science at the EOSC Mini-Symposium. Ana Portugal Melo also co-organised the Embedding the Coordinators’ Triangle (TeC-TrC-NC) in the operations of ELIXIR Nodes workshop that intended to revisit the current operational roles of Technical and Training Coordinators that counted with almost 100 node coordinators, training coordinators, technical coordinators and head of nodes, discussing these roles and their interaction within the node and the ELIXIR operational units.
Looking forward to the next ELIXIR All Hands Meeting being held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 2022!
