ELIXIR, the European research infrastructure for life science data, has published a paper in the European Journal of Human Genetics (EJHG) where it highlights the infrastructure's response against COVID-19.
The Open Data Policy Lab, a resource hub from the Governance Lab (GovLab), aims to educate decision-makers on the responsible use of open data and its value through the identification of best practices and initiatives in the field that might be a benefit to society and a significant contribution to the economy.
ELIXIR Belgium has put together a set of best practice documents and workflows for the analysis of SARS-CoV-2 data (Genomics, Evolution, and Cheminformatics) using open source tools and public cyberinfrastructure for transparent and reproducible analyses.
